The East Parcel, now the One Hotel, is located on the southeast corner of the intersection, is a 2.02 acres site that includes 320,000 gross square feet of development. The project is comprised of two 10-story high-rise hotel towers consisting of 286 hotel keys, ground floor retail, restaurant space, and underground parking. An open-air plaza serves as a view-corridor to the panoramic Los Angeles basin. The 2.06 acre Middle Parcel, located on the southwest corner of the intersection, includes 292,000 gross square feet of development. The project consists of two eight-story residential towers that contain 190 residential units, ground floor retail, an open air plaza, and underground parking.
