This recently completed project involved the buildout of a biopharmaceutical lab for BioMed tenant Macrogenics.
The facility includes open and private office space, conference rooms, wet labs, vivarium, and holding and procedure rooms.
The laboratories feature fume hoods, deionized water system, CO2, oxygen and liquid nitrogen piping, vivarium room exhaust, split-system, and 250kw generator.
