I think the most exciting thing about our business is seeing a concept come to fruition, especially when it is something that has never been done before. There is a sense of pride and accomplishment in seeing something transformed from concept to concrete. It's inspiring to be a part of something that leaves a legacy on the landscape. I am passionate about leveraging the strengths of each employee so they can excel as part of a high-performing team. No two projects are alike, and no two days on a project are alike and I thrive on working with my team to solve challenging problems.
