Ambulatory Hub Building

Brooklyn, NY

    Project Overview

The Ambulatory Hub is a new construction that will rise six stories with additional cellar and bulkhead levels.

The project will include state-of-the-art medical facilities and equipment that require specialized construction by experienced and industry-leading personnel.

These facilities include six operating rooms, endoscopy procedure rooms, and family clinical spaces. This project will also feature three rooftop terraces for public use, with green roof systems atop the bulkhead and 5th-floor terrace, and multiple air-source heat pumps that absorb heat from the outside air to supply temperature control to six separate air handling units.

A specialized healthcare project like this requires thoughtful attention to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure. In addition, the design of this project is all electric. Suffolk’s MEP engineers use 3D coordination technology to incorporate this system precisely.
