AXIS on 12th features a 214-unit residential podium, 109 below-grade parking spaces, 105 above-grade parking spaces, retail space, and associated sitework.
AXIS on 11th includes a 177-unit residential tower, 173 below-grade parking spaces, 104 above-grade parking spaces, retail space, and associated sitework. AXIS on 12th features a unique street corner canopy detail reflecting the predominant geometric pattern found on the historic structure. A new landscaped paseo is shared with the Herald Building and AXIS on 11th.
