What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?
I enjoy the opportunity to create and build new businesses within the company structure. There are so many opportunities to expand our impact on the built environment and create new entities to provide those services.
What do you love to do when you aren’t at work? What is your personal passion and why?
My wife and I own a vineyard and winery and make spectacular Pinot Noir wines.
What is your favorite community cause or philanthropic organization to support and why?
My favorite organization to participate with is Habitat for Humanity, which provides so many opportunities to help people in need of shelter.
What was your favorite family experience?
Fly fishing excursions with my family to Montana. We have an annual trip with my brothers and their children.
Who is/was your favorite person you ever worked with and why?
Gary Rafferty, who was my Chief Operating Officer for most of my leadership career. He was my wingman and always kept me out of trouble.
