What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?
One of the most exciting aspects of working in construction is the opportunity to be part of a company building iconic structures that not only shape skylines across the country but also have a lasting impact on communities. These buildings serve as hubs for education, healthcare, commerce and public gathering, enriching the lives of the people who live and work in them. Being part of a team that creates spaces where communities can thrive and grow is incredibly fulfilling, as it combines the tangible achievement of building and the deeper purpose of supporting and serving the broader public. It’s a different twist on public service. I truly enjoy building and cultivating meaningful relationships and witnessing the incredible outcomes that can be achieved through collaboration.
