What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

There’s nothing like taking a project from its infancy in preconstruction and watching it become a reality, overcoming challenges with clients and industry partners along the way. I have a passion for developing relationships with the people I work with: employees, subcontractors, consultants and clients. I hope to build trust through my actions inside and outside of work so those relationships can thrive.
