What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

My passion is winning work. I’m very competitive and love chasing and winning a project for my team to build. The most exciting part of this business is seeing the completed building and knowing you made an impact on your city that will stand the test of time. I love driving by a building and being able to point at it and say, “I built that.”
