What is the most exciting thing about working in this business? What is your professional passion?

The people are most important to me. I was given an opportunity by a few people here at Suffolk who believed in me and I wholeheartedly believe in “paying it forward” the best way I can. What motivates me most is focusing on a pursuit, delivering a high-end product, winning, and then executing… it’s a professional high.
