In an effort to keep up with its continued growth and advancing science, Northwell Health hired Suffolk to renovate floors occupied by research labs and offices that need upgrading.

To accommodate NYU’s growing presence in Brooklyn, this project was a full academic fit-out of a former MTA headquarters built in the 1940s transformed into NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering and Magnet 2.0 (Media and Games Network).
