Suffolk is managing the construction of this mixed-use 76-story, 999-foot supertall on Fifth Avenue.
The ground floor contains 3,500 square feet of retail space and ornate, dedicated lobbies for accessing the Commercial Office, Residential, and Club spaces. The building houses a private members-only club with a private restaurant, bar, and lounge space on Level 2. Private meeting rooms on Level 3 and recreational amenities below grade, such as a wet lounge, gymnasium, pickleball courts, and golf simulators. The building’s Commercial office space will occupy floors 4-28, with dedicated lobby access from 43rd Street. Floors 31-69 will offer 100 luxury condominium units with a tenant-only amenity space on Level 70, which includes a solarium, library, private dining room, game room, and a sitting room with a wet bar.
Located in Midtown Manhattan, one block from Bryant Park and two blocks from Grand Central Terminal, this Project is on the corner of 43rd Street and 5th Avenue, one of New York’s busiest areas. Achieving the project’s schedule milestones has required the highest level of coordination to minimize impacts on the public while maximizing safety and efficiency in the building.
