The program for this building required two zones: a logistics center and a vehicle storage facility stacked on top. The first two stories of the building comprise the logistics center. It contains a Class-A distribution facility with 15 loading docks and warehouse storage capabilities. The remaining three stories provide over 600 parking spaces for employees and fleet vehicles, along with van launches and EV (electric vehicle) charging capabilities.

The unique structural system is a cast-in-place concrete design with a Cobiax elevated slab system that allows for long, clear spans of parking space without excessive structural weight.

The exterior is a pre-cast concrete panel enclosure on the warehouse portion and elastomeric coating on the exposed cast-in-place structure.
Prior to completion, the space was leased by Amazon. Construction began in November 2020 and TCO was achieved July of 2022, ahead of schedule and on budget.
