The MiamiCentral project includes two residential towers, called ParkLine Miami; an office building; and the MiamiCentral Station.
This new landmark is the southernmost stop for the express passenger rail service from Orlando to Miami. ParkLine living consists of a North and South Tower that offers over 930,000 square feet of residential space and sit on top of a three-story parking structure above the MiamiCentral Station.

The MiamiCentral Station features a 59,000-square-foot station facility, 41,000 square-foot loading area, a 180,000 square-foot passenger platform, 178,000 square feet of retail space, and 344,000 square feet of parking with 800 spaces.
