The project included a lobby, stage, seating area, dressing room, storage space, loading area, and backstage. This high-tech facility is adjacent to the city’s community center and provides a wide range of programming for patrons of all ages.

The project features a 3,200 square-foot lobby which incorporates natural lighting and waterfront views, along with high-end finishes such as a terrazzo floor showcasing local artwork. The stage is served by a fully equipped 50’ fly-loft rigging system consisting of 36 rigging linesets (for performance scenery) and four stage electric linesets (for stage lighting). The building sound, audio-visual, and lighting systems incorporate the latest technology to provide a vibrant visual and acoustical environment.
