This improvement project for the Disneyland Hotel included upgrades to the pools and spas, rockwork, water features, extensive landscaping and site work, and encompasses approximately 180,000 square feet.
The project scope also included a 7,000-square-foot renovation of Hooks Point Restaurant and extensive theming throughout.
Because the hotel remained fully operational during construction, we worked to reduce noise and dust mitigation for the protection of guests, staff, and the general public during this process.
The project was completed in multiple phases to ensure operations were in no way negatively impacted during construction.
