Fountainview has been designed by WWCOT as an intergenerational environment for seniors.
Comprised of 108 independent living apartments in a 153,266 square-foot building that's reminiscent of Eastern Mediterranean architecture. Above the facility’s 50,139 square foot subterranean parking structure for 120 vehicles is nearly 30,000 square feet of Commons Space composed of a formal dining room, fitness center, full commercial kitchen, library, arts and crafts room, coffee bar, 75-seat movie theater, events center, and full-service salon.
Fountainview is an R2.1 occupancy, Type II - Fire Resistive, state-licensed building that accommodates all types of residents, including those who are non-ambulatory. This new senior community is located on the Jewish Home for the Aging’s Victory Boulevard Eisenberg Village in Reseda, California, and is an aging-in-place community that can accommodate a wide range of residents and lifestyles.
