Hope Centennial Elementary School included the construction of a new three-story, 126,163 square-foot school to house 996 students.
Due to the project’s location in a residential community, the team built a deceleration lane on the property to avoid traffic back-up during peak hours. In order to avoid any impact on the community, the coordination and delivery of materials and the scheduling of large concrete pours were critical. This project also included the de-mucking of the building pad, due to the site having unsuitable soils to sustain the load of the building.
