This project for the City of Port St. Lucie includes a 100,000 square-foot civic center and stand-alone parking garage.
The two-story civic center is the focal viewpoint of the town square plaza and features a theater, banquet hall, lobby, gymnasium, art gallery, fitness center and outdoor courtyard.
The Mediterranean architectural style of Suffolk and Song + Associates provides an inviting and accessible meeting space and sports venue for the city center. In addition to being a functional civic center, the building also serves as an “After Disaster” operation center for city officials and FEMA.
