Suffolk has been awarded the project's fit-out within an existing shell built by a developer client. Although this is a repeat client for Suffolk, this project represents our first with a new division within the client company, and a new design that this client has not yet used. The project is broken into 8 phases, totaling a value of $230M, so Suffolk can deliver a phased turnover to the client for use of the data center as soon as possible. Construction on this project began in March 2025.
