Suffolk will complete the entire site development scope, construct the core and shell of the building, and finally complete the entire fit out. The first facility Suffolk will build on the campus is also a 48 MW data center. The site has bedrock only one foot below the surface, which will require extensive blasting scope to install building foundations and campus utilities. Construction began in early 2023.
