With five data centers and several auxiliary buildings, the campus represents one of the client's largest developments in the region. As part of our preconstruction contract, Suffolk will engage with the client and design team in a design-assist process, providing estimates, schedules, constructability feedback, and value engineering. The five data center buildings will feature a new design type focused on providing greater efficiency for AI computing. Suffolk’s partnership in preconstruction will help the client realize the best value in this novel design.
