The project is a $600 million 100 MW active data center campus and consists of three data center facilities on an active campus.
The project is a greenfield project, which means that Suffolk will construct the core and shell of the building and then complete the entire fitout. The project is broken into four phases so we can deliver a phased turnover to the client and the company can start using the data center as soon as possible.
