Suffolk is performing preconstruction services for the South Station Redevelopment.
The project will feature an iconic, 51-story, mixed-use, Class A tower situated directly over the historic South Station train and bus terminal in Boston. The project will also include additional parking levels over the existing terminals.
Phase I consists of 25 office floors of approximately 625,000 square feet and 16 residential floors encompassing approximately 275,000 square feet into the existing South Station Transportation Center. The Tower will include office and residential sky lobbies and a residential lobby on Atlantic Avenue adjacent to the office lobby.
There will also be amenities for both the office and residential components on the first tower floor above the office/mechanical space as well as on the residential sky lobby level. Phase I will include expansion of the existing parking structure for a total of four new parking levels.
