The hotel has 15 floors with a 35-foot tower at the top. It features a total of 194 guest rooms, including three penthouse suites that can be converted and eight bungalows that are two stories high.

As part of the renovation, several amenities will be added, such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, spa, and lounge area. Additionally, a restaurant with outdoor dining options will be offered.
