This project consisted of a new 45,524 square-foot addition to the existing independent living facility building.
Suffolk's scope of work included demolition of three existing buildings, construction of three floors of residences over an open-air parking garage, and a golf pro shop. Site work and associated landscaping were also included in the scope of work.
