The Yale University Osborn Memorial Laboratories Renovation project involves a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the existing OML facility, known as the “Gateway to Science Hill.”
This project will transform the building by adding 12,000 square feet to the 108,000 square feet of existing space, totaling 120,000 square feet.
The renovation includes restoring the building’s exterior envelope, overhauling the interior with new core facilities, offices, and teaching spaces, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, the project will introduce new wet and dry lab spaces, enhancing the facility’s functionality and modernizing its infrastructure.
