The power of data-driven decisions in construction

Suffolk’s expert data analysts meticulously examine data captured from hundreds of Suffolk job sites to interconnect the entire building lifecycle, from project origination and design into operations.

Identifying and eliminating risk before it arises

Drawing on insights from hundreds of projects, our data team has built a comprehensive predictive tool to forecast financial and operational outcomes in a project’s early stages. The tool flags issues to field teams, enabling timely interventions that help ensure predictability, safety and value.

How we build state-of-the-art models

Every day, Suffolk’s data platforms process and clean an amount of jobsite data equivalent to nearly 120,000 volumes of Harry Potter books. Our analysts evaluate this massive influx of information at Suffolk’s Mission Control hub, feeding our predictive models and unlocking new efficiencies.

We’re leading the way in AI to create real value for projects, teams and clients

our work in action

Our goal: to be the convener of AI and machine learning in the built environment. We’re innovating uses of predictive AI, generative AI, and automation and optimization to make our processes faster, more efficient and more effective.

How AI is empowering our builders in the field

Forward-thinking design & Technology

We’ve invested in AI solutions that optimize design and production schedules, and partnered with startups to standardize procurement tracking and automatically search technical documents. That frees our people to focus on what they do best: build.

When we see gaps in what AI can offer, we don’t wait for a solution

In-house development

In embracing AI and fostering a culture of curiosity, we’re not just meeting the moment. We’re also developing our own AI tools in-house for estimating, design, planning and more that fill market gaps and help shape the future of construction.
