With the latest technologies, we’ve created a toolbox that can build for tomorrow

The future of AI and machine learning in the built world

All our technology tools connect to Suffolk’s broader innovation ecosystem. The foundation of that ecosystem: data and AI. With the massive amounts of information we collect from hundreds of projects, experts in our Mission Control hub can model what works and share with our project teams.

Boosting accuracy, saving time through robotics

With autonomous robotics platforms like Rugged Robotics, our teams can complete jobsite tasks like layout, image capture and laser scanning with more consistency and reliability — and in a fraction of the time, allowing our builders to focus on high-level tasks that need their attention.

Our technology approach

We’ve standardized a set of proven, cutting-edge technologies we use on all our projects to reduce risk, ensure safety, stick to schedules and budgets, maintain quality and drive predictable outcomes.

The tools in our tech toolbox
Preconstruction and Startup

To set up projects for success, we’ve built a cloud-based estimating platform that instantaneously reflects project updates. We also leverage platforms that detect clashes in design and build accurate submittal logs for a seamless kickoff.

Construction

Throughout construction, our digital tools forecast schedules, track progress, manage deliveries, organize change orders and boost worker safety. Automated AI platforms also search project data, streamline the LEED process and mitigate water leaks.

Suffolk’s commitment to your project lasts beyond the turnover date. Our documentation platform collects required materials from trade partners to create an asset for clients, and we store progress tracking data for 10 years for your easy reference.
