Internships at Suffolk

Our internship program gathers students from across the country who thrive on finding new ways to address challenges. Over nine weeks, participants gain experience in construction operations and support functions to shape their careers. It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn from the best.

Early careers

The program inspired me to think larger and dream of changing the industry.

The Career Start program not only provided me with opportunities, but it gave me a home with lifelong friendships.”

— Ted Davenport, Vice President, Project Executive

Early Careers

The Career Start program was incredibly impactful to me as someone right out of school.

I learned both in the field as an assistant superintendent during my project’s steel erection phase, and in the office as an assistant project manager procuring trades, helping with cost control and scheduling the project.”

— Emily Vander May, Assistant Superintendent
