What excites me most about working in construction is seeing an idea become something real. There’s something incredibly rewarding about being part of a process that starts with a vision and ends with a completed project that people use, work in, and benefit from every day. Knowing that the projects I help deliver have a lasting impact on businesses and communities is what makes this industry so fulfilling. I’m passionate about bringing people together to achieve a common goal, working closely with owners, designers, consultants, building officials, and trade partners to solve challenges, build strong relationships, and create successful outcomes through collaboration.

I’m also energized by the role technology and artificial intelligence are beginning to play in our industry. AI has the potential to transform how we plan, manage, and deliver projects by helping teams make better decisions, identify risks earlier, improve productivity, and unlock valuable insights from project data. Combined with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, I’m motivated by finding innovative ways to deliver value and help create safer, more predictable, and successful project outcomes for clients, project teams, and the communities we serve.
