The most exciting aspect of working in the mission critical sector is the people. The people are very driven, enjoy fast-paced environments and are some of the most talented builders in the industry. My professional passion is to help solve the workforce development problem in the mission critical sector and the construction industry in general.

As a veteran, I am proud to support Willing Warriors, an organization dedicated to supporting our nation’s veterans by providing a “home away from home” environment for those who are ill or injured and currently residing at nearby military hospitals. Willing Warriors' programs are centered around the emotional and spiritual healing process of our wounded, injured, and ill warriors and their families. These offerings reinforce positive thoughts and feelings and help invigorate the emotional and spiritual well-being of our veterans.

“Lead, follow, or get out of the way.” - General George Patton. I appreciate that it emphasizes the need to understand your role within a team and how to best support the mission at hand, and if you aren’t supporting the team, then avoid acting as a blockade to progress.

I played lacrosse, a sport that taught me the importance of adaptability, strategic communication, focusing on the team versus individual glory, and making decisions under pressure.

As a history buff, I would love to experience a time machine to explore the wealth of history as it unfolded.
