The most exciting part of working in this business is seeing people grow, learn new things, and thrive in their roles. I find a lot of fulfillment in helping others build confidence and excitement around what they do. Professionally, I am passionate about construction because of the scale and collaboration involved. There is something deeply rewarding about stepping back and seeing a major project come to life through the efforts of so many people, trades, and companies. I am constantly amazed by both the size of the work we do and the speed at which it all comes together. Helping bring it all together while supporting the people behind the work is what makes this role both rewarding and exciting.
