I love working with a team to produce something tangible that will be used in some format by many folks for many years. Whether it be a high school for students and staff, a sports park for athletes of all ages, or a V.A. Skilled Nursing Facility for our aging Veterans, it makes me proud to look back and know that we Suffolk made these facilities happen. My professional passion is working with our younger team members to assist in growing both their careers and personal traits. I coached youth sports at a very high competitive level for decades, and approach business team development in the same manner. We, each team, are truly in the battle together. We share equally the ups and downs, and together grow from the challenges.
