What excites me the most about this business are the people I get to work with every day. I also love how technology is enabling the entire design-build process to become safer, more efficient, and more predictable. It’s really satisfying to see projects that you are a part of transform from simply being a project to a place or space.
I love solving problems, using technology to deliver scalable solutions, and empowering teams to do their best work. When all three of these come together, I have seen some amazing things happen. -
Outside of work, I like to stay active playing golf and tennis, but my favorite way to recharge is by spending time with family and friends.

I love to support causes related to art and music education for kids. Music and the arts have an incredible way of building confidence, creativity, connection, and community. These areas of development can have a massive impact on a young person's sense of possibility.

I still love Shazam for its pure utility. It’s simple, universal, and solves the age-old problem of 'what song is this?' with perfect execution.

I don’t think I could single out just one mentor. For me, it’s been a collection of people from different parts of my life — teachers, friends, family, and leaders. I had people early on who modeled what hard work actually looks like — not just talking about it, but showing up every single day and doing what needed to be done. Later, I met leaders who taught me that how you treat people matters just as much as the results you produce. I’ve been lucky and keep the lessons I’ve learned close — work hard, stay curious, lead with integrity, and take care of people along the way.
