My personal professional passion is developing teams, empowering individuals and helping people succeed. I have worked with many talented people and my greatest joy is watching their success and achievements. More specifically, I am passionate about women’s leadership. In my past life, I developed networks and professional development opportunities for women in business across Boston. When I left my previous job, I was honored to receive the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Pinnacle Award for Advancing Women. It is my proudest professional moment, and if you want to see me sing during my acceptance speech, the video is on YouTube.

As a mom of three kids, I am passionate about all things family: sports, family hikes, bike rides, and home-cooked meals. My sons are talented hockey and lacrosse players, so we are in the rink or on the field every weekend.

Martha’s Vineyard is our family’s special place. We love the accessibility to the island from our house. We go on daily bike rides and spend time on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The food is also amazing.

I played soccer competitively in college. My time as captain of my high school and college teams has become the foundation for which I lead at work — it takes a team, everyone has a role, never let anyone down, competition is good, and winning is the best!

Find your own white space. I actually stole this one from our Chief Financial Officer Puneet Mahajan. Figure out what you uniquely bring to your role, organization and team and then crush it.
