Suffolk's Giving Circle. It's a one of a kind charity that makes an impact on the lives of individuals in our community each and every day. The stories are really amazing and life changing for families.

Simple data collection and synthesis of that information into summary dashboards has absolutely changed the way we work here at Suffolk. At any given moment, I can see how we’re performing on our budgets and schedules across our entire portfolio. Importantly, our whole team can see that same information too, which has meant that as a company, we can all speak the same language, dive into the details then pop back out to keep an eye on the big picture. Suffolk’s already starting to use that data to do predictive analytics on future performance of a project, which will help us and our clients step out ahead of any challenges before they arise.

Football. It helped me with the simple things like hard work and teamwork. It also taught me the importance of thinking dynamically. I was a quarterback, so I spent a lot of time ahead of games studying our plays, our players' routes, and our opponent’s defense. I did that so that I could be prepared to react to any type of defense that was thrown my way. I use a lot of that same preparation today, where I study the facts, the potential outcomes, and then decide what path makes most sense for our clients and for our company based on the circumstances that arise.
