I love having something tangible to look at after working hard on a project with a team of people over a long period of time. The feeling that is shared amongst your teammates is extraordinary, and I don’t feel it can be replicated in many other professions. While it can be defined simply as a feeling of accomplishment, it’s actually much more than that – you’ve had a chance to build long-lasting and trusting relationships with people from many backgrounds, all working towards a singular goal. I'm passionate about the challenge of working on complex projects and building a team of people that have the skills to build something special.
