I enjoy the collaboration with our trade partners to physically construct a building and solve problems during that process. The teamwork and solution-based approach we need to take to get there is intense, but also rewarding. Being in preconstruction and understanding that this collaboration needs to happen, I enjoy setting projects up for success and coordinating together to avoid as many issues ahead of time as possible.

I am very passionate about continuous improvement and encourage my team and our trade partners to always try to come up with better solutions. I also care deeply about increasing the use of technology in construction and am constantly looking at opportunities to implement new platforms.
