585 Kendall

Located in Cambridge’s flourishing Kendall Square, 585 Kendall is the newest life sciences building to be added to the neighborhood. The 16-story building is set to include life sciences research space, offices, and a public arts and culture space across the three bottom floors. Additional scope details include 10,000 square feet of flexible all-season space on the ground floor. Within the 585 Kendall base building, Suffolk is also completing two fit-outs for Takeda Pharmaceuticals and 585 Arts. The fit-out for Takeda will be designed to support innovation, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology. Sustainability features will be aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Climate Agreement, and the Science-Based Targets initiative.
