Expanding opportunity through creative education

Artists for Humanity Expansion

As part of the organization’s mission to strengthen the pipeline for the next generation of skilled workers, the expanded EpiCenter serves as a hands-on learning laboratory for under-resourced urban youth pursuing careers in art, design, building, engineering, and technology. Operated by a nonprofit dedicated to bridging economic, racial, and social divides, the EpiCenter provides pathways to self-sufficiency through paid employment in art and design.

The project includes construction of a new 45,000-square-foot addition and a complete renovation of the existing 24,000-square-foot EpiCenter. The transformed facility now supports a greater number of youth artists and features expanded gallery space along with new studios designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
