This project includes two 10-story apartment buildings totaling 424 one- to four-bedroom units, including townhouse-style penthouses. The ground level features 50,000 square feet of commercial space for cafes and retail, along with amenities such as two pool decks, a fitness center, and a sky bar. Additional scope includes a storm vault and upgrades to the existing parking garage, with each building showcasing a distinct interior finish palette.
Enhancing quality through full-scale mock-ups
Aster and Links
To ensure consistency and design alignment, Suffolk constructed a full-size unit mock-up, allowing the client and design team to review finishes and make adjustments before full material procurement. This approach improved collaboration, reduced rework and material waste, and ensured all finishes met the project’s standards.
