The power of design-build
Brown University Danoff Laboratories Building
Suffolk is erecting the facility while managing and delivering the project through a design-build delivery. While the TenBerke and Ballinger Associates team is serving as the architect of record, Suffolk Design is supporting the design team throughout preconstruction by validating estimates at design milestones, developing value management logs, and completing optionality analysis.
