The Edition Hotel & Residences is a Marriott-brand tower that includes 172 guest rooms and 38 residential units above an 11-story podium. Programmed spaces include three food and beverage venues, an entertainment venue, meeting facilities, a fitness center, a spa, and administrative offices. The Edition Hotel & Residences is part of the Water Street Tampa Development. Suffolk’s team carefully coordinated activities with other adjacent construction projects, as well as the active downtown Tampa area.
