The La Baia South Marina is part of the larger La Baia Condominium development, a nine-story waterfront residence in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, featuring luxury amenities and a 20-slip marina constructed with timber piles, a marginal dock, and finger piers. Built within the active Indian Creek waterway, marina construction was performed entirely from a barge while vertical building construction progressed simultaneously on land, requiring precise coordination, restricted work hour management, and enhanced safety measures for over-water operations.

The La Baia North and South Seawall Replacement project involved demolition of the existing seawall and docks, followed by installation of a new reinforced concrete seawall with precast piles and rip rap shoreline protection. Executed from both land and water within a navigable channel, the work required strict environmental controls, coordination with adjacent structures, and careful sequencing to meet residential restrictions while ensuring safe, efficient delivery.
