Delivering a landmark lifestyle destination

Legacy Place

Suffolk completed this 675,000-square-foot, high-end open-air lifestyle center in just 17 months, delivering Boston’s first lifestyle center inside Route 128. The seven-building, 45-acre development includes nearly 500,000 square feet of retail space, a mix of restaurants, a 15-screen cinema, and 85,000 square feet of office space, along with a four-story precast-on-steel parking structure for 1,400 vehicles. The project also features LEED-designed anchor tenants and extensive site improvements, including relocation and reconstruction of a public way adjacent to the main entrance to enhance access and connectivity.
