A signature building in downtown Miami

Miami-Dade County Children’s Courthouse

This LEED Gold project consisted of a new 14-story, 371,500 square-foot juvenile courthouse that has become a signature building in downtown Miami due to its impressive design. The lower levels and lobby of the building provide open and airy public spaces, while the upper floors house secure areas, detention centers and courtrooms. The space also includes secure offices for the building’s attorneys and judges.
