Retail fit-out in an active build
Monarc and Whole Foods at Met 3
Suffolk completed the 46,000-square-foot tenant fit-out of a Whole Foods Market within the podium, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The store became operational while construction of the residential tower continued above, requiring careful coordination to maintain safety and minimize disruption.
