Suffolk has been involved with the master planning and construction of this luxury senior living community since its inception. The campus features 16 Independent Living buildings totaling 261 units overlooking the Naples Golf course. The scope of work also includes an assisted living and memory care facility and a seven-story town center featuring three levels of amenities, restaurants, fitness center and doctors’ offices, parking deck and full size resort style amenity pool deck.
