University of California, San Francisco Parnassus Campus Central Site Improvements

This design-build project begins the phased transformation of UCSF’s Parnassus Heights Campus, including demolition of the School of Nursing building and CSSB basement, utility upgrades, façade restoration, and a new landscaped pedestrian connection between the PRAB promenade and Saunders Court. Delivered in close collaboration with UCSF, LMSA, and SCAPE, the project enhances campus connectivity while carefully managing construction within an active, high-traffic environment.
